A Case report of Difficult Intubation

Abstract
|

|
The method of intubation described in this paper was developed in order to deal with young patients suffering from the late results of burn on face, neck, and anterior parts of thorax.
I have intubated successfully by oral route with intravenous induction of ketamine hydrochloride and topical cocainised on the oropharynx under the direct vision of laryngoscope without aids of any specific equipments.
